RIAD, 18 FEB - Washington accoglie con favore un "primo passo importante" dopo i colloqui con la Russia, oggi a Riad. Lo afferma il dipartimento di Stato americano in una nota. Il dipartimento di Stato afferma che il segretario di Stato americano Marco Rubio ha concordato con i funzionari russi di istituire un "meccanismo di consultazione per affrontare gli elementi irritanti nelle relazioni tra Stati Uniti e Russia". Sull'Ucraina Washington e Mosca hanno deciso di nominare squadre "di alto livello" per negoziare la fine del conflitto, affermano gli Usa.
