BRUXELLES, 20 AGO - L'offensiva ucraina nella regione russa di Kursk "è solo il risultato e la conseguenza delle azioni illegali di Putin contro l'Ucriana". "L'Ucraina sta combattendo contro una guerra brutale di aggressione e ha diritto di difendersi". Lo ha detto il portavoce della Commissione europea per gli affari esteri Peter Stano, nel corso del briefing con la stampa.
