LECCE, 29 GIU - La guardia di finanza del comando provinciale di Lecce ha scoperto e sequestrato tre diverse zone rurali adibite a coltivazione di marijuana limitrofe al campo Panareo, nell'area in cui risiedono numerosi nuclei di nomadi. Si tratta di oltre 4 mila e 490 piante di marijuana per un peso complessivo di 280 kg e per un valore complessivo di mercato valutato in 2,8 milioni di euro e un potenziale di produzione enormemente più alto. Le piantagioni erano irrigate mediante cisterne collegate direttamente all'impianto pubblico centralizzato al servizio del campo. Alla scoperta si è arrivati grazie alla segnalazione arrivata dalla sezione aeronavale del corpo.
