MOSCA, 19 DIC - "Noi siamo pronti a negoziati, ma abbiamo bisogno che gli ucraini siano pronti a negoziati e a compromessi" per mettere fine al conflitto. Lo ha detto il presidente russo Vladimir Putin, aggiungendo che "la politica è l'arte del compromesso e i negoziati sono un compromesso".
