The Armenian Parliament has ratified the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC) after 60 deputies voted for the document and 20 were against. Armenia decided to ratify the Rome Statute, calling the instruments of the CSTO and partnership with Russia insufficient to ensure the security of the republic. Yerevan invited Moscow to sign an agreement to legally resolve the ratification of the International Criminal Court's Rome Statute issue.
