'Parigi consegna piano a Beirut, Hezbollah arretri 10 km'

ROMA, 13 FEB - La Francia ha consegnato a Beirut una proposta per porre fine alle ostilità con Israele, che prevede tra le altre cose l'arretramento delle milizie di Hezbollah di 10 km a nord dalla frontiera. Il documento visionato da Reuters, il primo per iscritto dopo settimane di mediazione occidentale, è stato consegnato dal ministro degli Esteri Stephane Sejourne. Il piano in tre fasi prevede in primo luogo un allentamento della tensione per 10 giorni, l'arretramento di Hezbollah e, infine, un negoziato sui confini con il sostegno dell'Unifil.
