BERLINO, 21 FEB - Vladimir Putin avrebbe l'intenzione di annunciare la vittoria sull'Ucraina e la Nato il 24 febbraio, terzo anniversario dell'aggressione russa. Lo riferiscono tra gli altri la Bild e il Kyiv Independent, citando informazioni dei servizi ucraini.
