ROMA, 18 APR - Gli Usa hanno presentato agli alleati delle proposte per consentire un accordo di pace tra Russia e Ucraina, tra cui una bozza per porre fine ai combattimenti e allentare le sanzioni contro Mosca in caso di un cessate il fuoco duraturo. Lo scrive Bloomberg.
