La regione russa di Belgorod dichiara lo stato di emergenza

MOSCA, 14 AGO - La regione russa di Belgorod ha dichiarato lo stato di emergenza. "La situazione rimane estremamente difficile e tesa a causa dei bombardamenti delle forze armate ucraine. Le case sono state distrutte, tra i civili ci sono morti e feriti", ha scritto stamattina su Telegram il governatore Vyacheslav Gladkov annunciando che viene "stabilito lo stato d'emergenza a livello regionale". Gladkov ha spiegato che il provvedimento viene preso "per garantire una maggiore protezione della popolazione e fornire ulteriore sostegno alle vittime". Le autorità delle regioni di Kursk, Voronezh e Bryansk hanno riferito che droni provenienti dall'Ucraina sono stati abbattuti stanotte dalle difese aeree russa. Dal 6 agosto l'Ucraina sta conducendo una grande offensiva nell'oblast di Kursk, rivendicando la conquista di più di 1.000 km quadrati di territorio russo. Le autorità di Mosca hanno riconosciuto la perdita di 28 località. Secondo il think tank americano Istituto per lo studio della guerra (Isw), le truppe di Kiev sono avanzate di 800 km quadrati della regione di Kursk mentre dal 1 gennaio 2024 quelle di Mosca sono penetrate di 1.360 km quadrati nel territorio ucraino.
