MOSCA, 18 APR - "Probabilmente, questa domanda dovrebbe essere posta a Washington, ma crediamo che si possano già notare alcuni progressi", anche se rimangono "molte difficili discussioni da affrontare". Lo ha detto il portavoce del Cremlino, Dmitry Peskov, alla domanda se pensi che gli Usa potrebbero cessare la loro mediazione sull'Ucraina se non si arriverà alla pace, come detto dal segretario di Stato Marco Rubio. "Questi progressi - ha aggiunto Peskov - sono legati alla moratoria per non colpire le infrastrutture energetiche. La Federazione Russa ha aderito a questa moratoria, il che non si può dire della parte ucraina".
