WASHINGTON, 18 APR - Gli Stati Uniti ridurranno il numero di soldati schierati in Siria da circa 2.000 a meno di 1.000 nei prossimi mesi, ha dichiarato il Pentagono. "Oggi il Segretario alla Difesa ha ordinato il consolidamento delle forze statunitensi in Siria... in località selezionate", ha dichiarato il portavoce del Pentagono Sean Parnell in una nota. "Questo processo ponderato e basato su determinate condizioni ridurrà la presenza statunitense in Siria a meno di 1.000 soldati nei prossimi mesi", ha affermato.
