QUITO, 10 FEB - Il presidente in carica dell'Ecuador, Daniel Noboa, ha un vantaggio di un solo punto percentuale sulla sua rivale, la candidata di sinistra Luisa Gonzalez, con circa due terzi delle schede scrutinate del voto di ieri. Attualmente, Noboa ha il 45% dei voti, mentre Gonzalez segue con il 44%, una percentuale molto più alta del previsto: sembra quindi sicuro per ora un ballottaggio al secondo turno. Gonzalez, intanto, ha definito il risultato un "pareggio statistico" e una "vittoria" per il Paese.
