TEL AVIV, 24 LUG - Il ministro della Sicurezza nazionale israeliano - e leader di destra radicale - Itamar Ben Gvir vuole cambiare l'attuale status quo sulla Spianata delle Moschee/Monte del Tempio che vieta agli ebrei di svolgervi funzioni religiose e preghiere. "Il Monte del Tempio sta subendo cambiamenti. Capiamo tutti di cosa sto parlando. Ciò che deve essere detto con calma - ha spiegato, citato dai media - sarà fatto con calma. Ero sul Monte del Tempio e lì ho pregato". "Mi dicono - ha aggiunto - che la 'leadership politica' è contraria. Io sono la leadership politica e la leadership politica permette la preghiera ebraica sul Monte del Tempio".
