KIEV, 13 APR - E' aumentato ad almeno 21 morti il bilancio dell'attacco missilistico russo si questa mattina sulla città di Sumy, nell'Ucraina nord-orientale: lo hanno reso noto i servizi di emergenza. In precedenza il sindaco della città aveva parlato di 20 vittime. Da parte sua, il ministro degli Interni ucraino, Igor Klymenko, ha affermato che i feriti sono almeno 83, fra cui 7 bambini.
