LONDRA, 19 LUG - Il governo britannico di Keir Starmer ha formalizzato oggi la decisione di riprendere i finanziamenti di Londra all'Unrwa, agenzia dell'Onu che garantisce gli aiuti alla popolazione palestinese dei Territori occupati. Il flusso era stato interrotto nei mesi scorsi - dal Regno Unito come da altri Paesi occidentali - dopo le accuse lanciate da Israele su presunti casi di complicità con Hamas di alcuni dipendenti dell'agenzia nella Striscia di Gaza. Nel frattempo Londra ha evocato controlli più stringenti sull'esatta destinazione dei propri aiuti.
